Friday 14th August saw the first networking event for DNAS clients. Held at the Tafarn John Y Gwas, Drefach Felindre; fun was had sampling Welsh Beers and Ciders, having a go at making a simple key-ring and enjoying a taster massage. There were also Jewellery displays by Rose Wood Jewellery and Slate sculptures by Jez Waller.

Along side the fun, useful connections were made, the results of which are on going. The ethos of the event is "keep it local" - working together as a community is beneficial to us all in such difficult economic times.

Future events are being planned, so watch out for dates in due course. Hope to see you then.
